What is Fast Break?

Fast Break is a basketball fundamentals program that allows players to compete in NHSBA local leagues and local, regional, and national tournaments. Teams are divided by middle school and high school divisions. Fast Break programs take place in the fall and winter, and local NHSBA leagues and tournaments take place in the spring and summer.
